Commercial Refrigeration Repair
Every hour a box sits warm has a dollar value attached to it. That is why these calls go first.
The Product Is the Emergency
Refrigeration repair is triaged differently from comfort cooling because the loss is immediate and quantifiable. A warm office costs goodwill. A warm walk-in costs inventory — and once product has spent long enough in the temperature range that food safety guidance identifies as the danger zone, cooling the box back down does not make it sellable again.
So the first move on a refrigeration call is not diagnostic, it is protective: what is in the box, how warm has it gotten, how long has it been that way, and can the load be moved or temporarily cooled while we work. Only then does the equipment get our attention.
And once the box is cold again, the job is still not finished. A system that failed because of a slow refrigerant leak, a defrost termination fault, or a condenser nobody has cleaned in three years will fail again — usually on the next hot weekend. The report says why, so the next call is a scheduled one.
