Commercial Repair & Service
Diagnosis before parts. Measurement before opinion. Documentation after the fact.
Fix the Cause, Not the Symptom
Most commercial mechanical repairs fail twice: once when the equipment breaks, and again when someone replaces the part that broke without asking what killed it. A compressor that dies from a fouled condenser will die again. A contactor that welds shut because a fan motor is drawing over nameplate will weld shut again. A refrigeration system that "needs a little refrigerant every spring" is leaking, and it will keep leaking.
Our repair process is built around measurement — airflow before refrigerant, electrical draw against nameplate, superheat and subcooling against the manufacturer’s chart, control sequence before hardware. The service report tells you the root cause, not just the part number.
That is also the honest basis for repair-versus-replace advice. When a repair is worth making, we make it. When the machine is telling you it is finished, we say so with numbers behind it rather than a sales pitch.
