Commercial HVAC Repair
Tenants notice cooling before they notice anything else you spend money on.
The Building Is Occupied While You Fix It
Commercial HVAC repair happens in a live building. People are working, customers are shopping, students are in class. That constrains the work in ways a mechanical drawing never shows: roof access has to be coordinated, a crane pick has to be scheduled around a parking lot, noisy work has to happen outside business hours, and a system cannot simply be shut down for a week while parts arrive.
It also raises the cost of a wrong diagnosis. Every return trip is another disruption, another set of complaints from a tenant who has already been warm for three days, and another line on an invoice that a property manager has to justify.
So we front-load the diagnosis. Read the controls, verify airflow, measure the refrigeration circuit, check the electrical against nameplate — and get the answer right on the first visit as often as the equipment allows.
What We Repair
Air Handlers & VAV
AHU coils, fans, motors, and VFDs, plus VAV boxes stuck at minimum or fighting the reheat coil.
Condensate & Water Damage
Overflowing pans, blocked drains, and failed float switches before they take out a ceiling grid and a tenant’s inventory.
Hot & Cold Complaints
Chronic comfort complaints traced to airflow, balancing, or controls rather than treated with a thermostat adjustment.
